Friday, February 20, 2009  Allied International participated in APEC 2009's Power Electronic Conference in Washington.Allied International is the exclusive US Distributor for fans, blowers, and electric motors manufactured by Honeywell-LMB. Honeywell-LMB DC Brushless fans are typically provided at 24, 26 or 28 VDC, but can be custom wound to meet customer requirements. We are the North American Distributors for Eurofarad of Paris, France. Eurofarad has been the European leader in aerospace grade capacitors since the 1960s. Eurofarad capacitors are found in critical applications from satellite switch mode power supplies, to traveling wave tubes, to magnetic resonance imaging, to railway signaling, to aircraft electromechanical actuators for flight controls and high temperature (up to 200© C) down-hole oil exploration logging while drilling. Allied International is the North American distributor for Firadec. Firadec specializes in producing tantalum capacitors. Tantalum capacitors are the capacitors which have the highest ratio capacitance per volume. This is mainly due to the high dielectric coefficient of its insulator and to its large cross-section.
